The Ross Lucksinger Photography Experience

Not sure what to expect when hiring a photographer? We’ve got you covered. Here’s a step-by-step of the experience from start to finish.

1. Connection

You’re loving what you’re seeing here and you want to know more. Head on over to the Contact page and fill out the basics about your wedding.

2. Your Story

Photography is a story-telling process. Now that we’ve got the basic info, we connect and learn about what makes you, your wedding, your love, and your story unique. We work to create an enjoyable, fun, relaxing photography experience and knowing you and what makes you you is a big part of the experience.

3. Preparing for the Big Day

As the day gets closer we make sure we’ve got everything in place for a magical experience. It includes a written list of everything that matters to you as well as going over any final information, taking pre-wedding portraits, or doing anything necessary to make sure the day goes smoothly.

4. Wedding Day!

The day is here! We’re with you every step of the way to help create a relaxing, fun, seamless environment and constantly coordinating with the other wedding staff to make sure every part of your story and incredible day is documented.

5. NEXT DAY samples

And you’ll be able to see the initial results the NEXT DAY. We’ll send you a set of edited sample photos the next day that you can post. Seeing immediate photos also gives you an idea of what the finished product will look like, ensuring that you can communicate any changes that need to happen on the fly.

6. Delivery

Once the full set is complete, you’ll be delivered the complete visual story of your wedding. On a typical wedding we aim to deliver at least 600-700 high-quality photos (average of 75 photos per hour for eight hours of photography), though usually it’s more (much more if you select the option for multiple photographers). Photos are delivered in an online gallery for download AND physical back-up.
